Returns Policy

We hope that you will love everything you buy from Wet Wednesdays, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your order.

When returning items to us, do not remove any labels or tags and please place back into the manufacturers plastic bag. Please note that unless products are faulty, we will refund your purchase price minus Post Office charges at cost.

Can I Exchange An Item?

Yes. We will only charge for any additional postage required.

How Do I Return An Item?

  1. Re-pack the item in suitable postal packaging with a note outlining the reason for your return and instruction of if you would prefer an exchange of a refund.
  2. Post to:
    Wet Wednesdays,
    3 Pembroke Place,
    Varteg,
    Pontypool,
    NP4 7UL.
  3. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage (this is free of charge but you must ask for ‘Proof of Postage’) from the Post Office.

How Much Does It Cost To Return An Item?

It is advisable to check the current postal sizes and ensure you package you parcel appropriately. Currently a ‘Small Parcel’ is priced at £3.95 but your package must be squashed down to less than L45cm x W35cm x H8cm.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message via our Contact Us page, advising us of your order number (found in Order History in ‘Account’), along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you. We will then contact you via email or phone with further instructions.

How Long Will My Refund Take To Be Processed?

Refunds are processed as soon as they arrive back with us, provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period, or is faulty.

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
