Returns

We hope that you will love everything you buy from Wet Wednesdays, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of the date shown on your order. 

WE RECOMMEND TO TRY THE WATERPROOFS ON YOUR CHILD, BEFORE ASSUMING THEY ARE TOO BIG; OUR WATERPROOFS ARE MADE WITH PLENTY OF ROOM TO PLAY, BEND AND CLIMB - THEY LOOK MUCH LARGER WHEN LAID FLAT/HELD UP AGAINST YOUR CHILD.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order in the expected time frame, please contact us immediately with your order number.

How to Return an Item?

  • Do not remove any labels or tags.
  • Please place back into the manufacturer’s plastic bag.
  • Returns must include a note detailing your order number, a contact number and the reason for return or what you want to exchange.
  • Returns with signs of use will be rejected.
  • Returns that have foot straps or labels removed will be charged for the cost of the foot straps & a fee to relabel the item back in stock.

If you have requested an exchange for an item which is more expensive than your return item, please leave a contact number so we can call you to arrange payment. Your exchange will not be shipped until the difference has been paid.

We work on returns as soon as we receive them. During busy periods returns are can take longer to processed than this.

Please ensure you get proof of return for your package from your Post Office or courier (Please ask for a receipt which will be your ‘Proof of Postage’), we will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.

How Much Does It Cost to Return an Item?

Customers cover the return costs. It is advisable to check the current postal sizes and ensure you package you parcel appropriately. Currently a ‘Small Parcel’ is priced from £3.19 but your package must be squashed down to less than L45cm x W35cm x H16cm. We are a small business and if you need any assistance please contact us.

Can I Exchange an Item?

Yes, please follow the returns process above and state on your note that you are returning for an exchange. You must cover the cost to return the item to us, however once we exchange for the items you have requested we will cover the cost to send the item back out to you with Royal Mail 2nd Class Post;

Please note: if you return an already exchanged item for a refund, or a returned item is missing labels we will deduct the cost of postage and a restock fee from your refund.

Return to Sender (RTS) items due to the following reasons will not recieve free shipping and will be sent provided another shipping fee is paid.

- Address not exisiting

- Unclaimed

- Not Known at Address

- Address Vacant

- Any Other Reason for Which the Customer is Solely Liable

If you have requested an exchange for an item which is more expensive than your return item, please leave a contact number so we can call you to arrange payment. Your exchange will not be shipped until the difference has been paid.

Faulty Items

We are happy to return faulty items within 1 year of use starting from the order date.

If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund/exchange, please send us a message via our Contact Us page, advising us of your order number (found in Order History in ‘Account’), along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you. We will then contact you via email or phone with further instructions.

If you item is faulty, please contact us immediately and we can arrange free return and either an exchange or refund.

How Long Will My Refund Take to Be Processed?

Refunds are processed as soon as they arrive back with us, provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 30 day returns period or is faulty.

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. 

SAMPLE SALE -

Items bought in a sample sale are only available to return for a refund, exchanges are not available. If you require a different size, please return the sample for a refund and you will need to reorder the correct size.
