We try our best to keep our delivery costs as low as possible whilst still offering a reliable & fast Standard Delivery Service. 

What delivery options do I have?

Orders placed before 10:30am will be dispatched same day, all orders after this time will be dispatched the following day.

An order placed after 10:30am on a Friday will be packed up the following Monday for Dispatch.

Please take into account, if you place an order after 10:30am, it will be shipped the following day. As an example: if you order with Tracked24 delivery on Wednesday at 11am, your order will be dispatched Thursday so delivery should be expected Friday/Saturday. We are closed on the weekend, so any orders placed after 10:30am on a Friday, will be dispatched the following Monday.

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Delivery) aim to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Please remember Royal Mail can experience delays depending on the area or time of year - please double check on their website. 
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 aim to deliver within 2 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 48aim for 2 working day delivery but it is not guaranteed.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 aim to deliver the next working day after dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aim for next working day but it is not guaranteed.

Please note, we are unable to ship to British Forces Post Office® addresses (BFPO), please only use a Full UK Delivery Address.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we promise to refund or exchange any item if returned unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging within 30 days.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are concerned about delivery. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your safe place and with neighbours. If we have evidence of delivery via specific Royal Mail GPS or photo evidence, we are unable to offer a refund, unless the items are returned.
